  I've cut and pasted a review below from another user but edited to my own scenario, but pretty much the same complaint, which i have lodged with Surrey Trading Standards
  
  I am complaining because I found their services to be highly over priced, primarily because of charge structure, and customer approach/attitude:
  
  1) I received a phone call the day the works were due to start demanding payment upfront - this is not typical for construction industry work, typically you pay post-works. I paid dutifully.
